The Process.

Schedule a phone or in-person consult so we can discuss you, your business, your vision for the project — all the good things! (psst… you’ve already taken this step!)

After our consultation, I will gather any information you requested and answer all questions regarding the project.

Once we’ve determined your needs and formally arranged the project, I will send your invoice, contract and link to pay your deposit.

After your deposit is sent, I will share a Trello board that includes information on copy for the website, images, content, typography + color preferences, and any other relevant materials for your project. This board will include a checklist. In order to begin your project by our arranged date, this checklist must be completed.

After you’ve completed your checklist, I will schedule a 1:1 call to finalize any loose ends before starting your project.

On this call, you’ll be able to clarify any questions re: your project and we will set up some deadlines for our project.

For branding projects, I will send you a variety of styles + mockups to narrow down your vision.

For websites, I will begin designing your pages as a first draft.

This is the fun part — revisions, revisions, revisions!

This portion of the process is exciting. We are getting into all the details of bringing your vision together.

If we’re building a website, I will invite you via Squarespace to see the first draft of your site. From there, I will update you via Loom videos. Feedback is sent via email.

On branding projects, I will communicate with you via Loom videos sent over email until we’ve nailed the look.

We will repeat this process of feedback + design until all revisions are final and to your liking!

When all revisions are complete, I will connect your custom domain & publish the website!

For branding projects, all assets will be delivered via Google Drive (unless otherwise arranged) after final invoice is paid in full.

For both branding and website projects, I will provide you with a graphic to share on your social media channels announcing your new branding and/or website.

The big handoff — After your final payment is made, I will share all necessary information to access your Squarespace website, tutorials on the back-end, how to make your own revisions, share Google Workspace information (if applicable) and schedule a final off-boarding call.

For branding projects, I will upload all files, icons, images, graphics, etc. to a private, secure Google Folder. I will supply all color codes and commercial use fonts used for the project.

After offboarding is completed, I am happy to support you with hourly or monthly subscriptions.
